In Latvia those working in advertising are not very keen on making friends with people from other agencies. We decided to change this by establishing a pop-up bar with the slogan – Unite by breaking. A bar is where people really meet and share their adventures, plans and ideas. We chose the name of the bar - Ledlauzis (Ice-breaker), being driven by the wish to break the ice between the various parties involved in advertising. The advertising industry definitely stands out, because it brings together poets, musicians, acrobats and philosophers, therefore the staff of the bar comprised advertising agency employees.
