Campaign created by DDB and BalticMiles triumphs in Dubai

Strengthening customer loyalty is one of the most important tasks for any company, and this year the BalticMiles team has done an excellent job. The BalticMiles campaign We Love to Give You More was designed hand in hand with DDB Latvia at the end of last year. On February 27 at the Global customer loyalty program conference Loyalty 2013 in Dubai, BalticMiles won the main prize in the nomination Technology and Innovation.

At the core of the BalticMiles campaign We Love to Give You More was the ability for customers to significantly increase the number of points collected – involving BalticMilescard users in more dynamic point collecting with some game elements, as well as encouraging them to get acquainted with new BalticMiles partner offers.

Campaign results indicate that a new record has been reached in BalticMiles internal user involvement, and average global industry rates have been significantly outdone.

It is significant that, in order to encourage the participation of both new and existing BalticMiles customers, the campaign was designed taking into account client suggestions and ideas on how to develop the existing point accumulation system. The invitation to participate in the program received a high response – the BalticMiles Facebook page received more than 400 suggestions. Printed out on paper, the ideas submitted by users would be equivalent to a 500-page book.

The Loyalty 2013 conference in Dubai was held in order to provide insight into global market trends, promote the exchange of best practices in building loyalty programs, as well as to establish contacts with potential business partners worldwide.
