DDB Latvia and ziedot.lv: 10 years together

Time flies.
This November ziedot.lv, a Latvian charity web portal, celebrated its 10th birthday. It was in our honour to manage the production of the invitations, to develop an engaging 10 year review plan and to put together an inspiring video, that was premiered at the main 10 Years Together Event taking place in the National Theatre.

We have been ziedot.lv partners since its launch in 2003 when it was in our hands to establish this belowed brand of the most popular charity organisation in Latvia. Ever since, we have been taking part in most of its projects and activities.

To name a few, firstly we have to mention the project Paēdušai Latvijai ( in English - ‘Shall there be no starving Latvians’) and Laimīgai Latvijai ( in English - ‘For happier Latvia’). We also helped in developing the visual materials for Ziedot.lv Outlet that sells various non-profit goods.

Just a while ago, without any hesitation we helped the charity to raise money to help people that were affected by the deadly roof disaster at Zolitude. We used the power of marketing to add an additional sum of 918,798 LVL to the 10-years-of-donations fund of 13 million LVL.

We would like to say a massive thanks to all of our clients and partners that have actively helped ziedot.lv projects. There are invisible strings that tie us together, and only by being united we can nourish our strength and well-being. We cannot do it each on our own, especially if someone is suffering from a cause that can be resolved by spreading the message and encouraging active participation.
