New academy opens in Latvia

Is there life on cheese? What’s the truth of the matter? Does cheese smell or stink? Now everyone can find the longed for answers to these and lots of other questions, because with the collaboration of Latvijas Piens, DDB Latvia and Cube, Trikāta’s Cheese Academy has opened its doors to the public. It offers an unheard of opportunity to improve your knowledge whether you’re a genuine cheese connoisseur or are just thinking to become one.

Trikāta’s Cheese Academy offers knowledge about the history of the culture of cheese, cooking, and diversity of cheese, as well as its compatibility with various dishes and beverages, as well as generous dollops of inspiration with which to prepare delicious meals. Of course, as you’d expect at an educational institution, you can also test your knowledge at Trikāta’s Cheese Academy, taking tests at two levels, and receiving an authentic certificate!
