Latvian treasures gathered in unique book
It has finally happened – outstanding Latvian export brands and treasures of nature, culture and sports have been summarized in a unique inspirational treasure book "Treasures of Latvia. Outstanding Export Brands & Inspiring Stories" thanks to the support movement for Latvian exporting brands The Red Jackets. The movement founders and partners are Gateway Baltic, DDB Latvia, Matka, LCCI and MRS Groupa. A team of many creative people was involved in the book's production and development. The book’s curator is Mārtiņš Ķibilds while the design was developed by Jānis Birznieks.
"This is a unique book of inspirational stories and photos gathering the most successful export brands created in Latvia. I am sure that the book will contribute to Latvia’s export by convincing foreign partners and investors about our entrepreneurs and their unique ideas and skillset. Additionally, the book will inspire local companies to build stronger and more visible worldwide brands and be proud of their country of origin, as well as lead to new success stories," says Andris Rubīns, The Red Jackets co-founder.
In the book "Treasures of Latvia. Outstanding Export Brands and Inspiring Stories" you will find 25 Red Jackets or the leading Latvian export companies and their brand success stories, as well as 11 young, promising companies, or Rising Stars telling their inspirational stories. The Red Jacket is the support movement for Latvian exporting brands which aims to create a compelling and coherent narrative of Latvia as a country of origin - where we come from, what our values are, how we differ - and encourage export companies to use this story to unify communications about the values and qualities.
