#RelationshipGoals. Also on the road.

Being on the road is similar to being in a relationship – no one likes collisions and they each have their own unwritten laws. Everyone has had an encounter with one of the unwritten traffic laws. That is why we’ve decided – it is time to clear the air about which unwritten laws should be followed and which are viewed as disputable by society. For example, driving on the outer lane of a roundabout, not using the turn signal at the proper time, driving too slowly in the left lane – these are but a few of the more annoying ones.
You can see all the unwritten law traffic signs in our portfolio.
Not following, knowing or understanding the unwritten laws doesn’t always lead to crashes; however, it seriously irritates most drivers. Different understandings of the unwritten traffic laws lead to misunderstandings, which lead to stress, which leads to carelessness, which damages road relationships and traffic culture. In the end – a collision is only a matter of time.

Anyone can vote on the most important unwritten laws and take part in ratifying them at www.nerakstītie.lv. And not only in ratifying, but also discussing, suggesting and voting on new laws.
Being on the road is similar to being in a relationship – if there is a problem, it needs to be addressed. Because this is the only way we can improve our relationships.
