Stockholm Syndrome receives a special award in Limbo category

This year’s winner of the category “Limbo” is Ervins Ellins - the founder of Freakart. Ervins received the characteristic medal and a special prize - PINS card with 5000 pins that make one’s dreams to come true. His submission was the design of a product label “Stockholm Syndrome” for Malduguns Brewery. Congratulations!

The creative excellence awards Adwards “Limbo” Category received 16 entries this year. Works, that have never seen the light outside studio walls, but it doesn’t mean that they are worse than the recognised ones. It could have been that it was just the wrong time and place. Or even they could have been the second or third best idea lined up for the pitch, but Client bought into another one. There also is a possibility that the works were created during one’s studies or just in the spare time to train the creative mindset.

“Limbo” Category for Adwards was initiated by DDB Latvia. It has already been 4 years since the first of the best of unrecognised works have been awarded and appreciated.
